Maple is a place for creating and sharing resources, exchanging ideas and fostering innovation in teaching and learning. Communities of practice are organized into Groups with their own libraries of resources where you can provide comments on blogs, wikis and discussion forums.

Maple provides user Libraries for storing and sharing resources. Uploading your resources to your Maple Library helps you to organize and sort through text, videos, images and links, and to share your work with your colleagues. Tools for building resource collections
Maple provides a Collection tool specially designed to help you create lesson plans and flesh them out with materials in different formats from your library, group or friend’s libraries. Once you create a collection, you can save it as a template and reuse in the future.
Maple searches may include resources, postings, events, people or groups. Analytics tools keep track of your resources, collections, discussion entries, etc.
Maple helps you keep up-to-date with Manitoba Education News and Events. Current initiatives, new resources and announcements of upcoming events are constantly highlighted. Individual and group Activities are active in your home or Group home pages.
Membership to Maple is offered to all Manitoba educators, Manitoba pre-service teachers, school clinicians, and Manitoba Education staff.
You can contact your school administrator to get an account or you can fill in the form and we'll send you an invitation to join when the Maple Administration Team has approved your account.
